New EVS here, how can I help?

Thank you for your work! 99% of us will be more than happy to see you and get out of the way so you can do your job. It might be good to keep an eye on the work flow of the unit. Like charting areas tend to empty out during shift changes and medication pass times.

Just remember that your job is important and you need to get it done, just like any other staff member. Communicate what you need us to do and don't feel like we're unapproachable work crazed monsters that can't be bothered to accommodate an EVS worker.

Not sure about the fanny pack. It might be against policy to wear them. Could you stitch a snap or zipper in to the pockets you already have?
