New fan looking for a team.

Well, we won a title in the 1950s, so maybe that disqualifies us, but we're a team of young players looking to break into the playoffs this year. We won't win the title this year, we simply don't have enough talent, but we do have the best C in the game, and a top ten 10 SF. We also have a guy, Rajon Rondo, who was one of the best point guards in the league and should still be in his prime based on his age (although he was injured and fell off precipitously for a while). We're pretty exciting to watch, our best player, Cousins, is a combination of an innovative face up big man and an old fashion nasty back to the basket big man (he can do both equally well). He will, in the same game, show you shades of Shaq and shades of Amare (though he's not as athletic as either, but he is supremely skilled). As a young team, we will beat teams we shouldn't and lose to teams we should beat. We also drafted an athletic prodigy in Willy Cauley-Stein (he's faster and more agile than most six foot point guards, as a seven foot center), and he looked good in his first pre-season game, but it remains to be seen how much he can contribute in his rookie year (though things look good...his defense should translate). Our bench is also solid, and won us our most recent pre-season game. Fundamentally, our team revolves around Cousins, but we're a deeper team than in years past. If you're looking to bandwagon on to a contender for a championship, then pass over us. If you're looking for a talented young team that might be really good in a couple years, we might be exactly what you're looking for.

As an aside, Marco Belinelli is basically the second coming of Ray Allen (I kid).
