Footsies- it doesn’t really have a concrete definition. It refers generally to the neutral game where both players are trying to feel each other out and trying to find an opening or bait their opponent into making a mistake.

Whiff punishing- this is when your opponent his a button and for instance throws a punch that doesn’t make contact with your character at all. That’s called a whiff. And so whiff punishing would be where you are able to attack your opponent before that whiffed move recovers.

Teabagging- so this might seem a little weird. So the term teabagging is actually a sex act where one puts their balls into someone’s mouth. But in fighting games it’s when you crouch over and over again in rapid succession. This is generally seen as a rude gesture
