New Florida bill would require bloggers who write about the governor to register with the state. Ron Desantis wants to Control the media, right out of Putin, Mussolini, Stalin's playbook

"If a blogger posts to a blog about an elected state officer and receives, or will receive, compensation for that post, the blogger must register" with the appropriate office within five days of the post, the legislation says.” This is not going against the 1st amendment this is to show you that if people are getting paid by political rivals or campaigns it’s transparent vs you thinking that something is solely someone’s opinion. It’s about making sure people know who are taking money to smear others show that it’s an advertisement type of blog like you have to disclose usually anyways. Also the government never proposed this some random senator no one care to mention (Sen. Jason Brodeur's bill) and the Rob DeSantis hasn’t even acknowledged it. Please do your research before just accepting a post at face value. Also, I am not saying I agree I’m just saying the facts of the bill go read about it on your own, it’s your right as a citizen of the US. Stay safe. Stay informed
