New here. Low income and zero waste?

Not to be rude, but you're an ignorant bourgeois apologist. Pushing bankrupt bourgeois theories of overpopulation shows your ignorance about class analysis.

It's well known that the world produces more than enough food to feed the entire human population adequately. People starve because capitalism treats people who aren’t currently producing surplus profits as overpopulation.

Marx pointed out that overpopulation differs with different social arrangements. Every historic mode of production has its own special laws about overpopulation. A concrete example today is shrinking fresh water supplies. Something we should all be concerned about since it's occurring in many areas of the world. But capitalist plans for fracking in Australia, amerikkka, and elsewhere consume huge quantities of water and threaten to make large areas uninhabitable by polluting underground aquifers, all of it caused entirely for the pursuit of profit. Do you think if the world population was half or a third of what it is today the capitalists and exploiters would not be just as powerful and dangerous?

Instead of blaming the system, though, I guess it makes you feel better to blame the individuals who are simply struggling through as best they can through the very system that gives them the short end of the stick. The problem is not "overpopulation," the problem is capitalism. What you see as overpopulation is in fact unequal distribution of resources. Like I said, there's enough to feed everybody and then some. And I would think it goes without saying, but you telling a woman what to do with her body ("having a second child when you can't afford shampoo") is reactionary. Is that you Ted Cruz?
