New In-Ground Spa - pH Won't Budge

I'm sorry I am unsure and rather than make something up, let me find out and get back to you"

perfect!

Service and knowledge is exactly how you tackle online and big box competition. Good man! It's alwo how you take business away from your standard (or lower) pool company. I can't tell you the number of times I've heard pool guys talk about customers with "they're so stupid, they'll believe anything"... and I'll hear them and think "yeah - your customer will soon be my customer". I've mentioned, to blank stares, that people who own pools - heads of industry, doctors, lawyers, college degrees abounding, top tier managers... - are probably all pretty stupid and would never understand a thing we have to say... some of them would agree!

It's amazing.

Oh well, it seems that the industry is getting better. When I started it was black eye after black eye - pool companies were considered slightly lower than out-of-town-roofers as far as integrity - maybe less. Taking their down payments and running, selling them anything and running... but it's coming around.

(oh... and I assume you're a man - the "guy" thing at the end of your name. In no way should comments by tiny timmy (name already taken, by the way) be construed to be the idea, thoughts, or attitude of the pool board, nor should it be confused with any person, fictional, alive or dead. No animals were hurt in the making of this barbarity, and of course... "GREEN". Amen.
