New Jersey police officer Daniel Hun, who pleaded guilty to his role in an unprovoked attack on a Boston College hockey player in a pizza shop, could have the charge dismissed if he fully complies with conditions of a two-year probationary period. Hunt is an officer in Haddon Heights, New Jersey.

His girlfriend told police that they were standing in line when a group of about six to eight people started pushing in line. Prosecutors said the group was in town for a bachelor party.

Hunt, an off-duty Haddon Heights, New Jersey, police officer, confronted and allegedly pushed the victim, starting a physical altercation. As members of both groups attempted to break up the fight, Salerno allegedly came up behind Lohan and punched him in the face, knocking him to the floor.

Hunt is solely responsible for escalating this from a verbal argument to a physical altercation, he had everything to do with the physical injuries and should absolutely be charged with the full assault and battery for his part.
