Marc will 100% get a miraculous, he was added in the intro, like Luka, Kagami and Zoe. Judging by silhouette is a boy, althought it may be either Marc or Nathaniel.

I'm not sure about dog and rooster. Coq from his name means Rooster, wich is male, so it would be weird to be Sabrina, and Traquemoiselle (needs a more simple name imo) end with "e" and many feminine names ends with that letter, also like other users Sabrima shares some similarities with the dog, being blind obedient to Chloe even is she herself is not a bad person, and her hair looks similar with Barkk's ears. But the rooster hero's hair look like Sabrina's, unless is a weird mask or something. The fact that we can't see the dog hero doesn't help.
