New My Nintendo Rewards! Miitomo costumes for US, Costumes + 40% off Xenoblade Chronicals X/3D for EU

Nope I fully agree with you, I don't see how it's being entitled at all and it's pathetic when people attack other when they criticize nintendo on here.

Why should we have to pay ridiculous prices to get discounts on games that are ridiculous prices that brings them to prices not even cheaper than other retailers. And before any comes in saying 'but you're getting these things for free!! be happy', you aren't getting them for free. Or at least not in our instance in the EU. You're getting them at a huge cost to the consumer.

For example you take the Xenoblade X it's £30 here physical edition, remember this for the rest of my point.

To get it through the discount way as digital, remember this, would cost 140 gold coins, which could be done in 2 games at £40.99 to £49.99 at 70 cold coins a pop. See here bottom of this page. Now lets say you buy Wii U games, since you're getting xenoblade x on wii u you must have one so we'll get two staple choices of the wii u, smash bros and mario kart 8. They're £49.99 on the eshop. Each. That's £100 and only way to fulfil the nintendo mission to get the coins.

Side point, yes you could get a cheaper way of getting the coins by buying games at £4.50 and get the 10 coins but are you realisitcally going to buy a lot of AAA games at that price on the eshop? no. You would just be wasting your money on shovel ware games. There is a couple of games at £8.99 you might want, like pokemon yellow but you would need to do that 14 times to get the 140 coins which would cost £125 which costs more than 2 AAA titles. You can't even get games at the £40.99 mark for the 70 coins, its a flat rate or £39.99 for 3ds games or £49.99 for wii u games.

Mario kart 8 and smash bros for wii u are £35 on amazon, no deals, no sales just regular price. Physical free delivery in the Uk. That's £70, xenoblade at £30 on the previously
