Help reducing allergins in products used please! 23 year old female on the East Coast, with dry sensitive skin. I have a severe allergy to sulfates/sulfites and any derivatives. I tend to break out on my cheeks/chin, because sulfites are in nearly everything sometimes these can be closer to hives.

My current routine with products AM: Wash face with La Rouche-Posay normal to dry hydrating gentle cleanser or Neutrogena Deep Clean depending on if my face feels like it needs deeper cleansing. Weekly I will use Skin & Co Face Gommage scrub. My daily face cream is No7 Beautiful Skin Day Cream with spf 15 for Normal/Dry skin. Another occasional product is Evologie Intensive Blemish Serum when I have a new pimple. I've tried to minimize the amount of products I put on my face due to risk of allergies.

My PM routine: Wash face with La Rouche-Posay normal to dry hydrating gentle cleanser or Neutrogena Deep Clean. I also use either Orgins Drink Up Intensive overnight mask or Meaningful Beauty Crème de Sérum.

The only new products that I have introduced have been the Neutrogena Deep Cleanse wash and the MB serum about 3 weeks ago. My face consistently has around 2-3 pimples, and today has sprouted around 6. I only use Tarte Shapetape concealer on my face, which has been proven to not irritate/break me out.

Looking for advice on which products I should not be using for my skin type and possibly a supplement for it or something I definitely should be using.
