Hey! I'd like some advice on my skincare routine?

So I'm 20, transguy (1 year on testosterone), and my skin is kinda normal/kinda oily, and I'm somewhat prone to hormonal/cystic acne (which I've developed a couple months after taking testosterone). Also, I think because I've started getting thicker facial hair along my jawline/a bit near my cheeks, I have a few blemishes because of the hair growing (?).

So current skincare routine in order is (for AM and PM) -La Roche Posay medicated gel cleanser -Thayer's witch hazel rose petal toner -Paula's Choice BHA (clear skin line, regular strength) -benzoyl peroxide (just on acne prone areas, which are cheeks and forehead) -Neutrogena Hydro Boost moisturizer -And sometimes I'll do either a apple cider scrub or TO peeling solution once a week

My skin has stayed pretty clear with this routine (which I've been doing for ~7 months), but of course I do occasionally get a breakout here and there. So, are using all those things okay together? And any recommendations for products I should consider switching out/or adding? I also have some redness from acne scarring, so is there a product I could add in this routine that could help with that? Thanks :)!
