This is a mixture of vent and asking a question.

I have normal, sensitive and acne prone skin, and also extremely dehydrated.

My skin is often red, whether I do anything or not. When I was still in highschool I only used bioderma cleanser and my acne got better, at some point there were only few left that if I was more diligent and didn't skip often on cleaner maybe my face would've become clear.

It for worse after entering uni, I thought its because in the environmental change, I want very exposed to the sun before, but now I do, I used sunscreen but it didn't suit my skin and it made it worse. A years later when the quarantine started, at first, my skin got a lot better, I was so happy, I just used the cleaner more often and put yoghurt on my face to prevent it from getting dry, but then a few months later before a holiday it got a lot worse than before, it was terrible.

I started checking skin care etc, I bought different products that a lot of people with my skin type and issues recommended, some of them aren't available in my country, the others made my acne worse, or/and made my face more red.

Good side, I finally found a sunscreen thats relatively good. I also I figured out my skin is very sensitive to leave on products, I'm okay with cleaners but the effectivity level differs. A cleanser is enough for me, any more than that is too much for it.

I've tried different moisturisers but so far only Clinique's one worked well, it didn't my skin get worse, but I always feel like it doesn't allow to get better either.

So three questions, I'm currently using Clinique's anti blemish solutions foam cleanser and moisturiser, I want to switch back to bioderma cleanser, it felt stronger even though its more drying to the skin.

And I was wondering if anyone can recommend a moisturiser that won't get in the way of my skin healing, I'm thinking somehting to use a couple of times a week, not everyday would be better.

And if there's any recommendations for a product that can lessen the redness of my face.
