Does anyone have a lotion rec for skin with a few different issues?

I have very dry skin once I'm out of the shower, and also have had keratosis pillaris pretty much everywhere body hair grows since puberty (~30 now), the worst of it being the backs of my legs (calves, quads) and sides of my arms.

I used to use Cerave's daily moisturizing lotion and I liked it, but found it didn't last/I would get ashy halfway through my day again. I recently switched to Lubriderm's extra dry skin lotion, and even though I love how moisturizing it is, it's causing my KP to worsen/follicles to clog up more. I test patched Amlactin and wasn't a fan; it felt greasy/sticky and smelled off. I think shea/coconut also clog my pores, so have to scratch that off the list for recommendations as well.

Would appreciate any leads for something that provides long(er) lasting moisturizing without being comedogenic.
