a new oil painting that I finished recently titled "Stray" #BrushstrokesinTime

I'm generally this way as well. I think it's great that other people get all into it, but I just don't get it. Im the same way most of the time with sightseeing. It's always more crowded and less magical or impressive than people make it out to be.

But, music gets me pretty good. Certain lyrics and plenty of music without lyrics can idk absorb me. And much less commonly, once in a blue moon, I see some painting or some drawing and I'm just inexplicably drawn to it. Even occasionally with styles I'd usually dismiss as "...stupid...its just a block..." or whatever. There are just once in a while these works that grab my attention. I can't really say what they mean nor do I care that the "real" meaning was this or that. Anyway. Does anything ever grab you like that? Even just once in a while?
