New opioid douses pain without being addictive or deadly in primates

Nope. I have arthritis & NDAIDs like asprin only work on certain aspects of the pain & have left me w/ tinitus that, as I write this, sounds like a 747 is winding up for take off. Ibuprofin makes me nauseated; acetominaphin (Tylenol) is completely ineffectual; naproxin ( Aleve) causes a weird nerve condition in my hands that feels like there's sandpaper between my fingers.

Oxy- & hydro- codones (both CNS depressants), make me feel dizzy, sleepy, nauseated & like I'm wearing itchy wool long johns.

Tramodol (technically an opiod) is a CNS stimulant. For me, it simply makes pain disappear. Tramodol ONLY makes me pain free, not intoxicated in any way, shape or form. I absolutely do not take Tramodol to get high ... it does not get me high. I don't feel a NEED to take it & often skip doses depending on the severity of pain at any given moment. It lets me feel like I did before my hereditary arthritis manifested in my mid 30s.

Blanket statements like that are not helpful to an informed dicourse.
