It's actually not unreasonable.
The 3080 goes used for around $500, with some OEM ones going for as low as $450:

The 5800x goes for around $205 used.
Add that together it's around $650-$700. Deduct that from 1079 and you get $380-$430 - about the price of the rest of the stuff new:
Even then A520 has 50% more PCIe bandwidth than X470 and this is a 2TB hard drive instead of an archaic 1.5TB.
