Hi there hoping I can get some feedback here. I work for a small company that’s doing well. I work with the owner and one other lady. Well it was the dreaded Christmas season - every courier got a gift card the cleaners (who they are never happy with) got a nice bonus the lady I work with got a behemoth bonus. I’ve been employed there four months - doing a good job I got ZERO ! (I pay the bills I saw the company Cheque book). I’m not feeling very good about this. My one friend said they forgot - I said it was intentional. I’m really not comfortable staying there now. Even if they would have said something why I didn’t get one I would have felt better.
