We collect and store IP addresses and browser fingerprints of users. If a user chooses to log in, their Google Account’s email address is stored. We use persistent cookies to identify individual users and for user preferences. We also implement Google Analytics and Google AdSense, which uses cookies and collects user data: Google’s Privacy Details. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals. Information collected will be stored for a length of time appropriate to our needs.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with anyone outside of the TagPro development team and community moderators. Only the TagPro development team has access to email addresses. Community moderators have access to IP addresses and fingerprints. If we are required by law to disclose the information that you have submitted, we will attempt to provide you with prior notice (unless we are prohibited or it would be futile) that a request for your information has been made in order to give you an opportunity to object to the disclosure.

We make every effort to secure the TagPro user data, however we cannot guarantee complete security. In case we become aware of a data breach, we will report it to users within 7 days on the web site. Direct access to the data is limited to the TagPro development team.

If a user wishes their account deleted, they may send an email from their account’s email to [email protected]. This will remove the user and email address from the database. It will not remove all tracked data, such as past chats and reports.

We also collect data we do not consider to be personal identifying data. We store data related to player performance while playing TagPro; these performance statistics are displayed on a user’s public profile. If a user chooses to chat, we store that data. If a user reports another user for misconduct, that data is stored. We collect and store data to determine if users are cheating.

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. Any revised Privacy Policy will be updated in this document. We are not required to provide a notice of updates to our Privacy Policy.
