The price hasnt changed, shouldn't be trading at $1.50 with a fully working blockchain 3.0 main-net. The market does not care. Most people, besides Tezos holders, do not care about Tezos. The foundation did a shit job in marketing it, they did a shit job not releasing coins for a full year after the bubble and alt hunting season, they did a shit job not getting any big exchanges on board that accept US customers without kyc like binance and they are still doing a shit job because the volume is extremely low daily, no marketing, no US exchanges.

No one gives a shit about their stupid fucking grants, I'm beginning to think Craig Wright was right when he called Tezos a shit coin. If it looks like shit, smells like shit, then it's probably shit.

Think about this for a second, If EOS or Cardano were to release mainnets right now, they would go through the fucking roof. Tezos sputtered then dumped. Can't even break $1.8.

Tezos foundation and Arthur fucked up big time by not releasing a tradeable token before launching their beta. They don't understand the importance of market awareness, sentiment, saturation and liquidity.

It's such a shame, they could have taken this industry by storm if they had some decent business and marketing minds around them.
