My sisters dog is half bulldog half something else. He looks like a pit bull.

Over the course of his life he has attacked 3 dogs and bitten many people. They can’t really take him out on walks for fear that he will see another dog or a child. He is incredibly strong, even though he’s a senior dog with hip problems now.

He seems to be okay with family but even then, he once bit my mom in the face because she “gave him too many kisses”. He was snuggling with her in bed, and it was completely unexpected. He’s always been okay with my mom snuggling him.

He has finally somewhat started to settle down in his old age. I used to not be able to sit down and watch a movie at their place because he would stand on the couch or the bed and he would put his snout right in my face and starts growling. Scared the crap out of me.

Sometimes my sister in law talks about how she thinks my dads cat is annoying because she meows a lot. Like if I bring up how much I love that cat, she’ll shut it down like, “omg she’s so annoying. No”

And I’m like “?? Your dog is a literal hell spawn lol but ok..”

I don’t say any of that cause I don’t like confrontation or making the situation awkward or being rude..

Sometimes she talks about getting another bully breed once their dog has passed. I just keep my mouth shut.
