New Senate bill would allow victims to sue websites that host revenge porn, forced sexual acts

The ripe for abuse I was talking about is an online form (reporting system) to request a video be taken down. Porn sites don't respond to those very quickly or at all in some cases, and those forms can be abused by thousands.of anonymous requests.

Like I mentioned, youtube and social media take those anonymous reports much more seriously. Some sites hosting porn do not.

If they do not, lawyer up and send a takedown notice, if they don't respond, there are many laws which can help a lawsuit force them to do so. You can sue them for damages.

Hosting such content is illegal and the FBI could also get involved and raid a data center and make arrests as well.

It sounds like we are mostly on the same page, so let's agree just to part ways now.
