New South Wales state election result confirmed, Gladys Berejiklian's Liberal-National Coalition wins 47th seat and a majority in the state's lower house - Australia news

Congratulations Liberals, things to look forward to:

  • People once convicted of a drug offence may now be raided without a warrant

  • The electrical grid will be leased to power companies for a century, which will be more expense to consumers than a publicly owned asset

  • The environment will continue to be neglected

  • The push for privatization of hospitals and medical aid in the state will continue, which has shown to be more expensive to run than publicly owned hospitals as well as providing worse care to their patients and staff

  • The useless infrastructure projects that have been met with scrutiny by independent reviews will continue to be made, sold to a private company for less than it's worth, who then charges tolls to people for using it while providing no actual solution to the problems with traffic.

  • A brand-spanking new stadium.

  • Increased over development by property managers, which is going to result in more cases of Opal Tower-esque issues.

  • Underfunded and increasingly neglected public transport

If you have an issue with this and voted for this party. Just remember you voted for a party that used Australian tax payer dollars to sue the ACCC, an institution funded by your tax dollars.
