New study on code quality: measure the business impact of unhealthy code

Good article. I tend to agree what the article says. I work in a state government for over 30 years. I've met a lot of key stakeholders in meetings over the years. Most of these people in the management are fully non-technical people and it seemed that they have no idea in what they are doing. The worst part was the last six years of my career life where I was in a very difficult position for having going through all the challenges of trying to work with a team to achieve a set of strategic business goals for a state government department. It was due to lack of collaboration within that team. I was being taken advantage by them for using my technical knowledge. The environment in that department was so toxic. I was being bullied by managers / team leaders and members. Most of the codes and database designs in the current systems including data warehouses are really in a bad shape. I hope the Karma bites them one day.
