New year in Edinburgh was wild.

When we were there many buildings that we'd defintively consider worthy of urban heritage conservation had thrown in windows or windows barred by wooden panels. Roofs were partially pretty badly in shape, scribbels on their walls.

I am not saying the whole city was in bad shape and i do admitt that the asphalt you used (wich was weirdly set trough with some kind of spots) clearly made a weirdly dirty impression.

However my comment comes from my main impression how many fassades of buildings we were fascinated off by their potential ancient age were in a state of rather poor maintenance.

I just felt more could be done, but i also heard that suppossedly the region isn't the richest when it comes to ressources for that.
