This article conveniently portrays this man as an innocent victim, MOST of his charges were misdemeanors, three were felonies, his case went ALL THE WAY to the Supreme fucking court and they upheld the convictions.

This man was not just smoking pot in his house minding his own business to be arrested and charged with possession EIGHT TIMES.

Whatever this man did, he deserves to be in prison and he has emphatically demonstrated he cannot make wise choices.
