This newly installed toilet sign in my office

Well, first I am critisizing the creation of toilets that are not logical and practical. Toilets are for expelling waste, not making people feel better. If you're uncomfortable use the stalls they have doors.

Second, if you compared transgender comfortablity problems, to a wheelchair bound person its gonna be very hard. Do you think a blind person and a deaf person feel uncomfortable in a toilets? We don't have toilets for them. We have toilets for the physically disabled, and car parks for them. Will we be needing toilets for homosexuals and lesbiens too? How about those that choose to identify as neither gender?

How far do we need to bend backwards for these social issues? Physically disabled people have a legitimate physical problem that make going to the toilet uncomfortable for them. But we need to give transgender a toilet of their own. That is essentially just a "safespace".

I don't hate transgender people, but I hate we have bend over backwards further for them, when we already are beginning to accept them societally. Being gay and transgender doesn't have the hardcore stigma it used to now. Gays can come out, they can get married. Transgender is accepted, boys who felt so wrong being boys can become the girls they've always wanted to be, and vice versa. They can live their lives. now we need to give them more?

There is only so much, we can give them.
