I know that it's not much, but what might be the most interesting thing about it is that Ben Affleck might be waiting for something more than just some general story discussions meetings with Matt; he's being more cautious and unlike how he was with Zack in the past with BvS. Instead, expecting something more concrete and set in stone like the film's outline, before he'll make his mind in regards to his future with the Batman role. And we also know from that Daily Sabah interview that Ben conducted: https://www.dailysabah.com/arts-culture/2017/12/19/ben-affleck-prolific-star-of-recent-superhero-films, that he probably hasn't ruled out the possibility of returning for future batfilms completely (remember also the quote in which he said that he's "contemplating" starring in Reeves' film?). I can only hope that on that day he signed the dotted line to work with Reeves and stay for the long haul for multiple appearances!
