NewsNation Special - “Getting Answers: Gabby's Final Days”

You'll have to imagine my surprised face at these twitter users siding with the Instagram influencer.

If you're still "puzzled" at what I wrote you could try and answer the questions that you implied and I explicitly asked.

It's a strange, albeit ineffective tactic, to suggest "they probably lied to avoid being fired" without explaining why they would be fired in the situation being discussed.

If you're trying to establish a motive you need to address the facts that would refute the motive. That is, if there's no reason they would be fired for acting the way they did, they no longer have a motive to lie about how they were acting. Therefore, in order to establish the motive of they lied to avoid being fired you need to explain why you believe they would be fired if they didn't lie.
