I don't know how this sub ended up on my front page but... I played since MapleStory Korea came out 15 years ago. Never played MS2.

They never gave a DAMN about people. Me along with at least 6-7 other friends have similar stories. Worst part was we spent a ton of money because we loved the game. 2 of my friends actually married people they met on MS.

But after multiple unfair bans, we all just gave up. It really sucks that they really don't give a shit. We emailed incessantly and even tried to call.

I was banned once for something similar to your friend. And another time I was banned for being on the same map as a hacker. And another for being partied with one (stranger) even though I wasn't even on the same map.

I miss MS.
