I put the stats in a damage calculator, and the Rapier with full Torva beats out the Inq set with Mace. The gap is larger when you are potted (3.51%), but the Rapier is still better unpotted (2.22%). If you don’t have any Torva, then the Inq Set with Mace is slightly above Rapier with Bandos armour.  

This is all assuming that the stats on the Wiki are correct, and that her stats don’t change after each phase.

Thing is - my bet is both of those sets lose out to Karils+Rapier.

You're going to take SO much damage from those god awful mage defences with the melee armour sets - that the time you're going to lose from doing shorter trips may not be worth that small DPS increase.

I could be wrong.
