Regarding Porygon, didn't Lock-On get recently coded into the game?

Rhyhorn also a strong candidate.

Aside from that, if they want to delay Gen 5 CDs as much as possible, they're either going to have to:

Deviate to 2-member lines
Have another Eevee day (for Leafeon/Glaceon Last Resort)
Have community days for pokemon like Bellsprout
Have a redux CD for each year take a month (so November would be 2018 redux and December would be 2019 redux)
This is going to be a stretch, but maybe have CDs for baby lines. Spawn the base form (Magmar, Electabuzz, etc) as the wild, and then have all the eggs be the baby with a doubled shiny rate (if we're assuming baby rates to be 1/50 and CD rates be 1/25). We just got precedence of sorts for this with Ralts CD only giving out Ralts eggs, and since the babies wouldn't spawn, it would (for better or for worse, definitely leaning towards worse) drive up incubator sales for those days.
