I agree with your statement about doubling schools, it should be limited. However, selfish is being 65 and older and still working when you have more than enough money to retire on. Selfish is coming to work everyday and you can not do your job fully because your body is incapable of keeping up with the pace. Selfish is when the new grad or younger RPh has to come into work everyday to fix the errors, mistakes and play catch up because you cant do your job correctly anymore... in other words you “dont give a fuck” about your job anymore. Selfish is still working only because u want to take extravagant vacations and pay for ur children’s college tuitions and other expenses.... new grads could have jobs instead of being unemployed or floaters because of your-selfishness to not retire
