Nexus satelite

Nexus and Vector are completely separate entities that have a partnership.

Vector's operations are part of Vector, and Nexus' development is part of Nexus. Vector is in Tucson and Nexus is in Tempe.

Jim Cantrell is one of the founders who runs Vector. Colin Cantrell is the founder of the Nexus project. They each have their own vision and plans for their respective projects.

Vector is for profit and has a whole list of customers. Nexus is not for profit and has nothing to do with Vector's customers.

Vector vehicle development proceeeds on their timeline, which has nothing to do with the development and delivery of Nexus software. They will continue with their testing, which you know about if you follow them, and let Nexus know when they are ready to provide a ride.

Is that enough to demonstrate they are separate and distinct?
