NFL Equilibrium and Mike McCoy

I was a Chargers fan in SD when McCoy was the HC. I remember all the good and bad times, going 0-6 vs. all 3 other AFC West teams, Weddle lying on the ground after the last game vs. the Dolphins, Melvin Gordon not getting any TD's his rookie year, Malcolm Floyd retiring. I even remember the same problem we have now, vanilla run playcalling. Everything.

He was the one constant who was absolutely dreadful in all facets of the game and he has no business being an NFL coach. Literally the only reason I think he was hired in the first place was because he had HC experience for Wilks. I pity the next team who McCoy inevitably fools next with "But he had experience with Rivers and Manning" ploy.
