Niantic: those of us who got a bugged EX raid pass do not want 1000 stardust or 2 raid passes, we want an EX raid pass like we thought we received.

Right, but will they send a new pass to everyone who thought they got one today? Because if not then fuck them. If you enter the lottery and they announce your numbers, but then announce it was a mistake but "it's ok, here's 2 free lotto tickets and you can keep playing to try again later," you'd probably get a lawyer and sue, not say "great, thanks!"

Ex raids are not guaranteed. They are only given to some people who raid at ex gyms, and the criteria are still fuzzy. I got a canceled ex pass today. I got ONE Mewtwo pass in the entire time it was an ex raid, and I raid as often as I can, often every day. If that was my only Ex pass during deoxy season, and I dont get one, it will make me bitter. Period. I get that this was a mistake, but nothing short of giving out the thing that was promised to the people it was promised to will make it better.
