Nice guy has never sent a dick pic

See, but from the way you make it sound, it seems like you guys bantered for a while (and I'd like to be clear; while bantering isn't a requirement for being a bartender, it is more routine for them than someone who's just, say, working as a cashier somewhere. So having customers chat you up doesn't seem like something a bartender would be foreign to or find hard to handle—though they can face harassment just like anyone, of course) and then you basically gave her your number like "Call me if you ever wanna hang out" and then walked away.

It'd be one thing if you handed her your number and then stared at her, waiting for her to respond. But it seems like you handed it to her and then backed off, which means she wasn't put in a position where she felt like she had to respond.

I still do think it's absolutely shitty to hit on people such as minimum wage workers and people working retail, fast food, supermarket, etc, because these are the people who most of all have ZERO options regarding talking back to a customer. Bartenders, from what I've seen, still have a bit of power where they can speak up if someone is being problematic (although people can feel free to correct me if I'm wrong on this!). People working other types of jobs have no power against a customer and when put in a position where they have to respond and respond positively for fear of being fired or getting in trouble...it's not right. At all.
