Nick’s actions

I don't think assuming Nick has for sure killed before is fair - he was a low-status driver/gardener for the Waterfords for most of the time Gilead has been a thing, which wouldn't require a lot of killing in theory. I'm of the opinion (with a few bits to back it up!) that Nick has been involved with Mayday for a long time - since the beginning, really. That still doesn't mean he hasn't found himself in a situation where he had to kill to maintain his cover or that with his new promotion he won't find himself in that position soon enough. It would be interesting to explore that. I think it's telling though that he didn't try to go with June the first time - I don't think he was ever expecting to get out of Gilead. Almost like he was prepared to stay to atone for whatever part he played in Gilead's formation, however passive.
