Well, Ferrari has done it in the past but has changed a lot this season, but it was refered to the Mercs. Spa 2014 comes to my head where Lewis complained a significant amount over radio, first because of the sliced rear, later because he wanted to retire but the team said no. Crybabies may be the wrong word, but the complaining over radio is significantly larger( maybe because we mostly hear Mercs and Ferrari in the team radio, Idk)

Every driver complains on the radio, you just hear whoever matters most.
