If i were NJPW and that were to happen, i would have Elgin, Goto, Ishii, Suzuki, ZSJ, Sanada And Evil carry New Japan as their main eventers. The upper heavyweight midcard would consist of Juice, Yoshi-Hashi, Beretta, Fale, Makabe, Nagata, Kojima, Tonga, Hangman Page, Cody while the lower midcard would consist of Yano, Takashi Iizuka, Yujiro, Chase Owens, Nakanishi, Tenzan, Kitamura, Oka, Ect.. The Junior Heavyweight Division would be fine since they're stacked with talent such as Hiromu, Kushida, Ospreay, Scurll, Jay White, David Finlay, Hirai Kawato, El Desperado, Ricochet, Taguchi, Bushi, Rocky Romero, Taichi, Taka, Kanemaru, Liger and Tiger Mask. Also, i would merge both the heavyweight and junior tag divisions and create one big tag division which should look like this:

That way, we won't be stuck with seeing the same teams fighting each other over and over again and we could get variety of tag team feuds.
