NIN rotation and DPS?

I'm not a 60 ninja yet, I played a fair amount at 50 (mostly casually though), so take all this with a potentially outdated grain of salt.

Unless you need Trick attack for an upcoming burn phase, you should really work to have it up all the time (within reason of course). It's not only helping your damage, but your entire party's. Because of that it really should be your first priority when using ninjutsu. Try to get it up asap at the start of battles since most dps go full dps asap. If you're in a static work with them to maximize the damage out the gate, in case you have a few that have to build to their burst, like summoner. Some people choose to macro in a party announcement for TA to help others benefit from it as best they can.

BFB and IR you're pretty free using as soon as possible, unless TA's about to pop up or there's a burn phase coming up and you wanna save it for that. It's kind of a fight dependent question. And I dunno if new 60 things really changed that.

Ninjutsu's pretty simple honestly. Huton if you need it. Suiton if TA's up and it's a viable time to use it (or you wanna kill something in style with SA I guess). Doton if it's aoe. Raton if it's aoe but they'll die before Doton's full effect can trigger. Fuma / Raiton depending on if you can spare the extra split second on raiton whenever you need damage (Fuma Shuriken benefits from your slashing debuff and your poisons so it's damage isn't as horrible as it may first appear, but Raiton still beats it out, however Raiton eats ever so slightly into your gcd). Hyoton only if for whatever reason you need to bind something. Whatever you pick though try to keep it on cooldown, there's no reason to sit on ninjutsu in 99% of situations.
