The Nintendo Switch: My experience vs what I've seen

I believe that a lot of the complaints are a vocal minority. From every personal conversations I've had, I have only heard positives.

I think some of them are a vocal minority, but I think you're overstating some things and overlooking other things.

I simply remove and place the system in/out of the dock with extreme care.

A lot of people are not putting in "extreme care" and honestly, you shouldn't need to treat the Switch like putting together a ship in a bottle or fine china. It should be something you can pull in/out with some carelessness and be fine. Mind you, I'm not saying I should be able to be completely careless, but I shouldn't have to watch the angles or any of that. It's also important to note that since you've put in the effort, it largely goes without saying you probably won't face issues if you pull it out completely straight, make sure there is no contact and so forth.

Not in BOTW or elsewhere. No crazy effects, no noises, nothing.

I've never heard of any of these things in BotW except for frame rate issues, which are quite real. Some people might exaggerate how common or problematic they are, but they absolutely happen.
