[NJ] How do I resign after a year of employment with a big company.

Thank you for your kind words and support. I really appreciate your insight and forward thinking. That is totally true, when it comes to a business, employees are pretty much replaceable. Hence being an at will employee can mean a termination of employment for literally any reason possible. Again, I appreciate you a lot and supporting me while I had a rough day and you provided me relief and gave me ways to process things as I spoke with each member of senior leadership. Leaving a place I love is not easy, but at the end of the day, as someone told me today, all good things must come to an end and this new opportunity is not one I am willing to pass up. Thanks and have a great evening. :)
