No bailout for landlords

I'm a homeowner and investment owner and the fair thing is that none of us get a bailout.

The problem is that homeowner already got their bailout.

Very soon a lot of companies will get their bailout, Trudeau/Morneau said that today. If GM and our banks get bailed out (already done for banks) protecting retirement saving for many investors, I fail to see the difference with an investment owner.

Tenants have signed a contract and they will have to pay their rent. It may take years to settle all that in court but people will have to pay for the contract signed. In the meantime the landlord may go bankrupt because we'll have huge delay to get to court.

I don't own any investment home, only the home I live in.
