resist with words? Sure, I agree, you don't deserve to die. Resist by getting physical and putting your hands anywhere near that gun... that's definitely grounds to be killed. Which is literally what your "4 things" guy clarified in his next comment by adding a "fifth" thing:

A drugged guy resisting arrest and reaching for an area where one knows a gun is present is perfectly good reason to be shot. By a cop or any other citizen.

So again... clearly talking about all of these things in combination and the case at hand. Not some hypothetical bullshit scenario you've pulled out of your ass.

But it if makes you feel better to believe that everyone on reddit wants cops going around with free reign to execute people... go for it. But that's clearly not what anyone here is saying.
