That’s literally been how D2 has always been and hopefully will always be. I really don’t care for WoW’s system, or even worse where everyone gets there own drops. That seems too easy and I don’t care for it.

I mostly play console and there is a free roam game mode where everyone joins and just does their own thing. I mean to be fair, most people on console if you do a Baal run, once it’s over you all just go to the areas your char does best at MFing and it works out pretty well. The hard part is just getting a Baal or chaos game in the first place.

PC all you have to do is say free roam or MF runs and don’t party with anyone so they don’t see where you are to steal out from under you.
