It absolutely does. Unless they spoke up against this, they are logically inconsistent hypocrites and cowards.

If it's good enough to arm security guards at schools, it's good enough to allow NRA members with guns near the President.

They could stand on principle and still cave, or do what they're doing and demonstrate their cowardice. Not a single peep out of them on this issue and people like you carry water for them.

They could disinvite the President because his demands are anathema to what they claim to believe. But they haven't and they won't. Ditto the VP. But they haven't and they won't.

So, like cowards, they're hiding behind the human shields of the secret service.
