While I do have opinions from all over the political spectrum, I think that I still kinda have some biases when it comes to whether I like conservatives or liberals more because of how I was raised. I kinda like conservatives more because my parents are conservatives, a lot of people portray conservatives as crazy racist people who are obsessed with guns and wanna force religion on people. And while most of the time people portray conservatives like that for nice little funny memes and jokes some people/actually a lot of people on Reddit and the Internet, in general, see conservatives as cruel heartless monsters and when I look at my parents I see the kind and loving people who just want what's best for me. I and my parents don't agree on every little thing when it comes to politics but I understand them and love them anyway. I also kinda find it hard to understand and sympathize with people on the left side of the political spectrum sometimes because they end up becoming the strawmen that they use to portray people on the right-wing. I'm not saying conservatives can't become the strawmen they make for liberals. So yeah... Maybe I should change my flair...
