no idea if this is pro or anti feminist

My initial impression of this is that it reflects life. Women DO indeed work harder. The ladder is purely symbolic however. The first rung symbolizes early life, grade school and if lucky, even high school. The long stretch, is the pole "climbing" but IRL "dancing" if you will to pay for college, and when she has finally completed college by disappointing her family for the last time and having two kids to support on top of it she realizes success in the work force and can provide for her family. On the mans side, every rung is simply every year he managed to not die doing something completely unnecessary but with great reward. For instance, the 12th rung might represent the time he grabbed two 55 gallon trash bags and tied them around his waste, pounded a jack daniels bottle in 5 minutes flat and jumped from the roof to prove to the attending sorority girls he could fly, this of course was necessary as we all know it didn't work and it had great reward if it did. In the end he graduated and achieved success in the workforce. I'd rather take a an almost darwinistic approach to life if it meant reaching success with a little more ease.

but what do i know Im just a dude
