It’s interesting that we don’t consider the alternative a putrid abomination. We’re birthing livestock from another living things insides, feeding it low grade food, in pens with little to no walking space where they sweat, defecate, pee, puke all over each other for thousands of days all the while bacteria and micro organisms are living off of the sweat, poop, and pee moisture inside and outside of the live stocks bodies so much that we have to inject them with a constant supply of antibiotics so that the bacteria doesn’t cause a mass extermination and to prevent disease to pass onto us. That’s just a small part of one aspect of meat.
