There is no reason to go with intel as AMD is just much better price to performance and has fewer security issues. And there are no 'stability issues' that i would know of. I included a high refresh rate monitor, 16gb of faster ram (ryzen cpus love faster ram) and a much better gpu. the motherboard is good for overclocking and future will allow you to upgrade on AM4 platform in the future as it can handle cpus like 3950x. you could also get some inexpensive case fans from arctic/upHere and mount them at the front of pc.
